Ivvlin was not built in a boardroom. It was built out of frustration — watching businesses pour real money into ads, only to lose leads because nobody replied fast enough.

I watched a real estate developer burn through a full month of Facebook ad spend in thirty days. 47 leads came in. 31 of them messaged after 9 PM. Nobody replied until morning. 19 of those 31 had already booked with someone else.

That was the day I decided to build Vaani.

Ivvlin started with one question: why are businesses still losing leads to slow responses in 2026 — when the technology to fix it has existed for years?

The answer wasn't laziness. It was complexity. The tools were too expensive, too technical, or too generic to work for a local business whose customers message at 11 PM — in plain language, mixed languages, shorthand — asking real questions nobody was awake to answer.

So we built Vaani — not as a chatbot, not as a plugin, but as a real AI employee. Built for messy, real conversations. Built for how people actually type on WhatsApp. Built to work at 2 AM when your team is asleep — wherever in the world your leads are.

We are a small team. We don't have a fancy office or a 50-person sales team. What we have is a product that genuinely works — and the obsession to make it better every week.

THE FOUNDER

I have always believed that the best technology is the kind that feels invisible.

I am a student-entrepreneur from Bhopal. I started Ivvlin because I saw a gap nobody was filling well — fast, human-feeling follow-up at a price that made sense, tuned to how people really message (not how Silicon Valley assumes they do).

I have spent months talking to real estate developers, clinic owners, coaching institute founders — in more than one country. The same story keeps showing up: too many leads lost to slow responses, too much time burned on follow-ups, too much ad spend with too little to show for it.

Vaani is my answer to that. She is the first of many AI employees we are building at Ivvlin — each one designed for a specific industry, each one built to feel like a real person and work like a machine.
